  • Booking data — preferred demo/class date, seat interest, programme interest.
  • Payment data — when you pay online, payment is handled by Razorpay (see section 5). We receive payment status, amount, order/payment reference and related confirmation data. We do not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs on our website.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring URL (via cookies/analytics if enabled).
  • Local device storage — cookie consent choice; optional display of remaining demo seats after a successful payment return to our site.

3. Why we use your information

  • To confirm bookings, demos and class seats.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud/misuse.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.

4. Legal basis

We process data where needed to perform a contract (e.g. paid demo or membership enquiry), with your consent (e.g. cookies/analytics where required), or for legitimate interests such as securing our services and improving the academy — balanced against your rights under applicable Indian law.

5. Payments — Razorpay

Online payments on yhodhacombat.in (including introductory demo offers) are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”), a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

  • When you click pay, you may be taken to Razorpay’s payment page or checkout.
  • Razorpay collects and processes payment credentials under its own privacy policy and terms.
  • After payment, Razorpay may redirect you back to our website (e.g. /demo-offer?payment=success) so we can show confirmation and update seat availability on the site.
  • We may store: payment success/failure status, amount, timestamp, Razorpay payment/order id, and contact details you provided — to confirm your seat and support you.
  • Refunds, chargebacks and settlement follow Razorpay’s and our Terms & Conditions.

Read Razorpay’s policies on their official website before paying. Yhodha does not control Razorpay’s servers or how they secure card/UPI data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies (consent, basic function), analytics cookies if enabled (e.g. Google Analytics), and third-party cookies when you use Amazon affiliate links or open payment/social tools. Details: Cookie Policy.

7. Amazon affiliate links
