By using this website or training with Yhodha Combat Martial Arts LLP (“Yhodha”), you agree to these terms.

1. Website use

Content is for general information about our academy, programs and offers. We may update pages without notice. Do not misuse the site.

2. Classes and demos

Martial arts and fitness involve physical risk. You train at your own risk and should disclose relevant medical conditions.
Parents/guardians are responsible for minors.
Demo and intro offers (including paid demos) are subject to seat limits, schedule and academy rules.
We may refuse or stop training where safety or conduct requires it.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed via Razorpay or other gateways we specify.
Fees for limited offers are as shown at checkout (e.g. ₹299 intro demo).
Refunds: unless required by law or stated otherwise for a specific offer, demo fees are generally non-refundable once paid and a seat is reserved. Contact us if a session is cancelled by the academy.

4. Memberships and packages

Membership prices, session counts and validity are as published or agreed at enrolment. Misuse of facilities or unsafe behaviour may lead to termination without refund where reasonable.

5. Intellectual property

Logo, text, photos and videos on this site belong to Yhodha or licensors. Do not copy for commercial use without permission.

6. Affiliate products

Shop links may be affiliate links. We are not the seller of third-party products; purchases are under Amazon’s or the seller’s terms. See Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yhodha is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For training injuries, liability is limited as permitted under applicable law.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
